Sketchbooks and Creative Thinking

A sketchbook has traditionally been used as a creative tool by artists, but sketchbooks and journals have also been used by people working in many other fields, such as science, music, literature and design.

These workshops introduce a simple method to create a sketch or thinking book to suit your own particular needs, a personal Aladdin’s cave of thought processes and visual ideas.

During the summer of 2008 Alison is offering a one day class of special interest to Textile Artists. Sketchbooks for Textile Artists will run in the Hat In The Cat Studio (venue may change depending on numbers) on Sunday 25 May and Sunday 7 September.
