Residency Flat

The new build at the Steeple incorporates a purpose built flat and studio for the use of resident or visiting artists.

The accommodation is fully equipped and fully accessible, and comprises a kitchen, living/bedroom, wet room with toilet and shower and 260 square feet of studio space. It will be available from April 2008 on a month to month basis at a monthly rental of £430 (flat £300, studio £130) including all utility bills and UK phone calls.
